Oral presentations
Refer to the prescribed formats as indicated below:
- Plenary: 60 min (55 min presentation and 5 min discussion)
- Invited: 30 min (25 min presentation and 5 min discussion)
- Oral (Contributed): 15 min (12 min presentation and 3 min discussion)
Equipment:
Windows computer will be available for presenting in the lecture room.
Please bring your presentation on a USB storage device and upload it well before your session starts or use your own computer.
Note when using your own laptop for presenting, please bring all required connection cables for your laptop, and a power adapter, if necessary.
If you wish to use your own computer, you will need the appropriate video adapter.
Poster presentations
- Poster session is held on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
- Poster format is DIN A0 portrait.
- Magnets are provided by the organizers to pin the posters to the boards.
- Please put up your poster well before the poster session starts.
- The poster walls will be present on Thursday and Friday. You may put up your poster anytime on Thursday and leave it for display until Friday noon. Please remove your poster afterwards.
- Posters left on the board may be removed by the conference staff.
