Submission of abstracts
- Submission of oral and poster contributions opens: January 30, 2026
- Deadline for contributed oral presentations and posters: April 17, 2026
- Deadline for “breaking news” poster contributions: June 15, 2026
- Information on acceptance of submitted contributions until: May 22, 2026
To submit your single-page abstract, please send it as a PDF file to info@icddps.org no later than April 17, 2026. Please highlight in your email whether you apply for an oral or a poster contribution. The template for the submission can be found here. You will receive an email confirming submission of your abstract on short notice.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Plenary, invited, and contributed abstracts that are accepted for oral or poster presentation will be made available to conference participants in the Book of abstracts. The conference fee of the presenting author must be received by July 13, 2026.
Registration
- Opening of registration for the conference: February 2026
- Deadline for early registration for the conference: June 15, 2026
- End of registration for the conference (with waiting list option): July 13, 2026
The registration is handled by CAU Innovation GmbH in cooperation with an external partner (e-Team GmbH).
